RICHARD A. BILLINGS
Mr. Billings is the Chairman of the Board of Skyline Realty, Inc., d.b.a. Skyline Property Management, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Billings Investments. He has over 30 years experience in the ownership, management, and renovation of multi-family communities. Rich currently owns a real estate portfolio with assets exceeding $12,000,000 and is the Co-Manager for several limited liability companies with assets exceeding $100,000,000. Mr. Billings received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas with a major in economics and then received his law degree from Denver University. Rich is also a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker.

JAMES A. BILLINGS
Mr. Billings, as the President of Skyline Property Management, oversees all of the day-to-day operations of the company. Jim provides expertise in analysis, preparation of comprehensive management plans, annual budgets, improvement plans and, he works with financial institutions to arrange refinancing and financing for new acquisitions. Mr. Billings received his Masters in Business with an emphasis in Marketing and Finance from the University of Kansas. Jim is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Agent and has received his Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Our residential portfolio includes management of 2,257 multifamily units in 23 separate properties. In addition, we currently manage 45,000 square feet of medical office space as well as one homeowners association. We feel very confident in our ability to manage any type of multifamily real estate from single units to properties with 400 + units. We feel equally confident in our ability to manage the special needs of any medical office building or homeowners association.
